The Jonnycake Center of Peacedale’s vacation breakfast and lunch program benefits client’s children who participate in nutrition assistance programs at school. The food drive will run for two weeks, from March 29 thru April 6th. The foods being requested are: Cereal, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Soup (low sodium) Snacks, Whole Grain Crackers, Popcorn, Condiments: Ranch Dressing, Ketchup, Mustard. There will be receptacles in the church and at St. Romuald’s for the donations. Our St. Francis family has always answered the call when asked to help others less fortunate in our community. The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross, commemorate Jesus's passion and death on the cross. Stations of the Cross will be held every Fridays at 7:00pm beginning March 7 through April 11 and on Good Friday, April 18, at 3:00pm
