Join us for our annual Children's Christmas Pageant following the 9am Mass at St. Francis Church this Sunday.
The St. Francis of Assisi Social Outreach Committee is sponsoring a Baby Shower during the month of January to assist St. Gabriel's Call. St. Gabriel's Call provides supportive services to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. Place donations in the collection baskets located in St. Francis Church and St. Romuald Chapel during the weekends of January. Items needed: Diapers (All sizes up to 6/XL), Warm Sleepers (0-24 months), Warm Children’s Clothing (2T-4T, 5-6), Baby Wipes, Bibs, Infant Onesies, Pacifiers, Baby Blankets, Baby Bottles & Bottle Brushes. Gift cards and cash donations are gratefully accepted.

For his Eagle Scout project, Aaron Perrone, a scout in Troop 1 Narragansett and a senior at Narragansett High school senior is working in collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of R.I. to place clothing bins at several locations to collect clothes. A bin will be placed at the back of St. Francis Church during this month. Help support our young parishioner, Aaron, and drop off any gently used clothing.
We invite you to grow closer to Jesus through the Jesus and the Eucharist study that will be featured in our Men Of St. Joseph and Women's faith sharing groups over the coming weeks. Each session is full of rich theological content, powerful testimonies, and unique and timely messages from individual bishops across the country. This is a great opportunity to dive more deeply into the richness of our Eucharistic faith. We will start the Week of January 19, 2026.

The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross, commemorate Jesus's passion and death on the cross. Stations of the Cross will be held every Fridays at 7:00pm beginning February 20 through March 27.
Beginning with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, the Divine Mercy Chaplet prayed, concluding with Benediction
(This devotion will be about 1⁄2 hour.)
